We can also help you secure a unique URL if your company or organization doesn't already have one.

This landing page is where you, or your customers and visitors can sign up for your email and/or postal communications. All information entered here is automatically merged into a "master list" that we maintain on your behalf. Each time someone new signs up, duplicates are purged, a customized "Welcome" e-mail is generated, postal addresses are CASS certified, and email address accuracy is verified. All without your having to do a thing!

We can also include feedback forms, surveys, links to other websites, videos, sound clips, you name it! (Any data collected on feedback forms or surveys is sent directly to you!) This is designed to be a dynamic business tool so changes are always easy & fast

Third, each month (or as often as you’d like) you'll receive a fun, relevant, quick to read, content-rich e-Newsletter or e-Blast promotional message that is customized for your industry and ready to send! You won't have to lift a finger! Yet you'll always maintain complete control over the final content and design of each upcoming issue. Changes and updates are easy (a revised proof is usually provided the same day). Then, once everything meets your approval, we'll merge each recipient's name into your message and send it out to your up-to-the-minute IM2 contact list.
